We only process the data  that is appropriate and necessary  for the purposes for which it is collected, always respecting your wishes.

Data we collect according to the purpose:

  • Contact form:  name and surname, email, telephone.

  • Guest checkout:  name, surname, ID ( optional in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, mandatory in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla ), delivery address, telephone number, email.

  • Account creation:  We save the above data to expedite future purchases.

  • Product comments:  name and email address.

  • Browsing data:  IP address, pages visited, actions on the web.

If it became necessary to process other categories of data, we would inform you and request your consent.

What do we use your data for?

To properly process orders, answer queries and incidents, and provide customer service.
