1. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1.1. Event Garments
Garments included in the EVENTS folder (dresses, outfits and formal wear) are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

1.2. SALE Folder
A SALE folder will be available throughout the year.
None of the items included are eligible for exchange or return.

1.3. Purchases made in December – New collection.
New collection items purchased in December can be exchanged until January 10th.
After that date, no exchanges will be accepted.

1.4. Party items and December sales
All party items or December sales items (sequins, feathers, glitter…) are NOT eligible for exchange or return.


2. GENERAL INFORMATION

When you place an order on CESPORT.ES, the contract is established between:

2.1. Purchase Requirements

  • You must be of legal age.

  • You are responsible for the use of your account and your passwords.

  • You can only have one active account.

2.2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
If a product is out of stock or if any issue arises, the amount paid will be refunded.


3. PRICES, BILLING AND TAXES

3.1. Prices

The prices shown on the product page are final and include VAT.
The valid price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

3.2. IVA

Deliveries are considered to have been made within mainland Spain.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded.

3.3. Billing

You authorize us to issue an electronic invoice.
If you prefer a paper invoice, you can request one at any time.


4. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY PROCESS

4.1. Purchase process

By clicking “Buy”, you are placing a binding order.
The contract will be effective when you receive email confirmation after payment.

4.2. Product Delivery

Delivery time: 24–72 business hours from when the order leaves the store (Peninsula only).
Home delivery: if you are not home, the courier will leave a notification.

In-store pickup:

You have 15 working days to collect your order.


5. EXPENSES AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

5.1. Shipping costs

Mainland Spain: €5 (free for orders over €60).
Canary and Balearic Islands: €10.

5.2. Payment methods

  • Bizum

Payments are managed securely from the website.


6. RETURN POLICY

6.1. Legal right of withdrawal

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return your order.

6.2. Order Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of company error).

  • Returns are accepted within 15 business days of delivery.

  • No returns are accepted on sale items or party items.

6.3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the
original purchase. The refund is processed within 5 business days of the request.
